Gyr Consulting LLP is a firm of Independent Financial Planners providing consultancy and holistic strategic financial planning for private individuals. Our work typically involves advising on pension and retirement planning and investment management with specific focus on mitigating tax where possible. Recently we have considered the impact of our business on the environment and have worked with the World Land Trust to audit our business and calculate the business's "carbon footprint". We decided that it would be a good idea to offset our energy consumption so chose to contribute to the World Land Trust's Carbon Balanced programme each year, thereby supporting projects that protect critically threatened tropical forests and promote the regeneration of areas of degraded habitat, whilst also helping mitigate climate change.
