Based in Suffolk, Stokes produces sauces for food lovers, and they have been delivering taste without compromise since 2004. Today the brand is exported to more than 50 countries worldwide.

As a family business with a caring heart, Stokes have taken steps to reduce their environmental impact such as making their squeezy bottles 100% recyclable and developing recyclable sachet materials. Their founder is passionate about the environment and has undertaken an extensive programme of tree planting around the site and continues to give a loving home to many rescued and re-homed animals.

In 2021, Stokes Sauces was awarded a gold accreditation from the Suffolk Carbon Charter for their commitment to carbon reductions in their business operations and to become carbon neutral by the end of 2025. The business has taken steps such as switching to a 100% renewable energy supplier, moving to an all-electric car fleet, diverting wastewater to anaerobic digestors for the production of energy, and following a zero to landfill waste policy, to name a few.

The company has balanced the unavoidable emissions for 2022 through WLT’s Carbon Balanced programme.
