Saving threatened habitats worldwide

Partnerships

Partner logos

Empowering local people has always been central to the mission of World Land Trust (WLT), and partnerships with overseas conservation organisations have been fundamental to WLT’s success.

WLT believes it is essential to use the expertise and knowledge of local organisations rather than to manage projects from the UK. Since its founding in 1989, the Trust has been successful in creating lasting partnerships with many conservation NGOs across the world, to help fund land purchase, wildlife reserve management, and rangers’ salaries. The Trust’s programme partners past and present are listed below, with links for more detail.
