World Land Trust can do more in 2013 with your help this Christmas
With your help, WLT will be able to buy more land in 2013 to safeguard rare species and threatened habitats. You can order Christmas cards, Plant a Tree for Christmas or Buy an Acre as a present. We also have great gifts on sale in the WLT gallery. Land purchased with WLT funds is permanently protected in nature reserves such as the Sierra Gorda reserve in Mexico. WLT ebulletin 10th anniversary
Ten years ago, WLT launched its first ebulletin. Back in 2002 the ebulletin featured our successful land purchase in Patagonia, the Coastal Steppe Project. To remind us of those early ebulletins we couldn't resist featuring this great picture of a young guanaco on the beach adjacent to the WLT-funded Estancia la Esperanza (Ranch of Hopes) in Patagonia. In the coming year we plan to bring you updates from some of our first land purchase and protection projects, including Belize and the Philippines.
