Cloud forest saved for Fuertes's Parrot
Gold is precious simply because it is rare: in the endless search for it, in some of the most beautiful places on Earth, pristine rainforests are destroyed - driving wildlife to the brink of extinction. WLT has saved acres of Colombian cloud forest that faced this threat, providing a safe haven for the Fuertes's Parrot - a bird so rare it was thought to have been completely wiped out.
