A walk through the forests of the Kinabatangan floodplain in Malaysian Borneo is teeming with life and the sounds and sights of wildlife that thrives from the forest floor to the top of the canopy. However, what can be encountered by those walking the forest is only a fraction of what is truly there.

Some of the most fascinating and exciting things only happen when the people have retreated and nature can come alive without disturbance. Our partner Hutan‘s rangers have installed camera traps deep in the forests, activated by motion, they film the extraordinary wildlife that calls the forest home. When this footage is collected, it gives rangers and all of us who get to view it an idea of the biodiversity that lives within the forest and confirms the presence of the species we set out to protect. Join us for a glimpse into the forest. You can support Hutan now with our summer appeal Act Now for Orangutans.
