We have a vacancy for a Partnerships Assistant to support the Partnerships Manager and the Corporate Relations team in forming and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing Corporate, High Net Worth and Trust & Foundation donors.
World Land Trust (WLT) has developed a new position for an Assistant to join their experienced and knowledgeable Partnerships Team, with emphasis towards support for the Corporate Team. The team work hard to ensure that the experience for corporate partners, high net worth donors and philanthropic Trust & Foundations is positive and productive, and that the Trust is compliant with all relevant legislation and regulations.
Working with WLT
WLT is based in the UK and is unique within the conservation world. The Trust has grown from small beginnings, saving critically threatened forest in Belize, to become an internationally respected conservation organisation with a proven track record of more than 30 years, working with overseas conservation NGOs on the protection of threatened habitats. WLT has developed its modus operandi without losing its vision, integrity and transparency. You will share our passion about the natural world and ideally have an interest in wildlife conservation issues.
What you’ll be doing
The Partnerships Assistant will provide support to the team through the acknowledgement of donations, maintenance of administration systems and records, and production of supporting documentation such as invoices, certificates and agreements.
Who we’re looking for
Alongside a passion for high standards of customer care, you will have excellent communication skills and be a good team player. You will be fluent in working with data entry, and be able to process data in an accurate and timely manner. Flexible and willing to develop within the role, you will have meticulous attention to detail, along with the ability to manage your own time and workload under pressure.
