James Abraham is all set for the Paris Half Marathon. He is taking part in the race on Sunday 8 March to raise money for World Land Trust (WLT).

Keen to make a contribution to international conservation, James said: “I’m hoping to raise as much money as possible for my chosen organisation, World Land Trust.” Having raised more than €700, James is nearing his €750 target.

Starting in the east of the city at the Botanical Gardens, the 13 mile course snakes through the streets and avenues of central Paris. Around 40,000 people are expected to take part in the event, which is very popular at the start of the marathon season.
