Staff members of World Land Trust (WLT) are raising funds for the Trust during Meat Free Week (23-29 March 2015).
The week got off to a good start with a team supper organised by Kelly Jacobs (Education and Outreach Manager) and strict vegetarian Natalie Singleton (Assistant Programmes Officer).
Kelly and Natalie prepared a delicious medley of dishes: summer couscous with haloumi, Provencal vegetable stew with warm fresh bread, bean mash, grilled vegetables and steamed vegetables with a hint of garlic.
WLT’s staff team is now 13 strong and the donations total is more than £500. Two vegetarians are showing their commitment by going vegan and the team celebrated the midway point of the week with a group photo.
