REGUA Atlantic Rainforest Webcam

WLT has had to remove the webcam at REGUA due to funding restrictions. Viewers can still view the Atlantic Rainforest through the Ornithos webcam http://www.worldlandtrust.org/webcams/ornithos

The World Land Trust's new webcam is situated in the heart of the Guapi Assu Reserve (REGUA). WLT Multimedia Officer Luciano Breves and WLT's Brazilian partner REGUA have created this new webcam to take us live into the Atlantic Rainforest of Brazil.

You may recognise many species from the Buenaventura and Ornithos webcams, but we also hope to capture new species on this webcam, such as the White Woodpecker (Melanerpes candidus) and Maroon-bellied Parakeet (Pyrrhura frontalis) both previously sighted on feeders at REGUA.

In addition to the many bird species, the REGUA webcam is visited by Common Marmosets (Callithrix jacchus), so keep your eyes peeled for this charismatic species.
