Support:

Newquay Zoo donated towards the purchase of the BIAZA Reserve.

Conservation and WLT support

Newquay Zoo is supporting three conservation projects in South America; the UNAU Sloth project in Colombia, The Pacarana Project in Colombia and the Red-fronted Macaw project in Bolivia. Along with other BIAZA (British and Irish Association of Zoos and Aquariums) members, Newquay Zoo helped WLT and partner organisation REGUA, fund and protect an area of the Atlantic forest of Brazil. This will help raise awareness of these projects and the need to actively take part in the conservation of endangered species.
