Saving threatened habitats worldwide

ReefCam is a media company created to fund and promote conservation through webcams, working with a network of scientists, universities and local communities. Through their media and live streaming software products, they donate 25% of their profits to conservation and education (the “Conservation Donation”) while putting groups such as World Land Trust (WLT) in front of more people around the world. Their unique business model stems from the time they spent as environmental scientists and, later, business students.

ReefCam have agreed to stream WLT webcams free of charge in exchange for WLT agreeing for them to use the footage captured within their subscription package. WLT is delighted to agree to this partnership and believes it is beneficial for both parties as it will help us raise awareness and profile. This agreement relates to the partnership agreed above.

In the future ReefCam will consider making WLT one of their Conservation Donation recipients. Discussions are also underway regarding the possibility of WLT being a recipient of their planned charity weeks where the WLT message would be highlighted throughout their subscription packages. Should these new initiatives be implemented a new agreement will be drawn up.

WLT is delighted to be working with ReefCam and looks forward to a fruitful partnership through cross promotion of WLT’s webcams and each other’s websites.
