Why a new system for online donations and orders?

The World Land Trust has experienced a tremendous increase in online donations over recent months. As part of our continuing commitment to respond to all donations in a quick and efficient way we are in the process of introducing a new online donations and product ordering system. Changes like this are seldom easy, and we do apologise in advance should you encounter any problems while trying to make a donation during this change-over period. Please bear with us as we work to improve the online donations experience. Your support is important to the work of WLT and our overseas conservation partners, and every penny is deeply appreciated.

Why can't I log in to the World Land Trust website using my user identification and password?

Our first attempt at introducing a new 'shopping basket' style online donations system did not work quite as we had hoped. We've learned a lot in the process, but in the meantime we are regrouping a bit to make sure that the final version does everything we, and you, need it to do. During this transition the site log in feature has been temporarily disconnected. We promise to get it back up and running as soon as we can. Until then, if you need to change any of your contact information feel free to email, call or post us a letter or card, using the contact details below.

Problems using our order system?

If you are finding the online donation system at all difficult to use we would be pleased to take your donation over the telephone if you prefer. Our donations office is staffed Monday to Friday, 9am-1pm and 2pm-5pm, Brisitsh time, and we are more than happy to process telephone donations, and answer any queries you may have.
