Moth trapping at Kites Hill Reserve

Moth Kites Hill
Date and Time:
11 September 2016, 10am
Kites Hill Nature Reserve, Gloucestshire

RSVP on, link below.

Gloucestershire Nature Network (GNN) is running a moth trapping event in our one reserve within the UK, the ancient Beech woodlands of Kites Hill Reserve.

No experience and knowledge needed, but the event is limited to 8 places so sign up here to come along and get stuck into identifying any moths you can find.

This is part of the regular moth survey GNN is helping WLT with, so take part by helping them find out what moths are on the reserve, from Clouded Magpie Moths to Mottled Beauties.

How to get there

Kites Hill is approximately 15- 20 mins drive from Gloucester. From Cheltenham the 61/61A bus stops nearby at the Royal William pub, see the bus timetable.

If you need a lift let GNN know in advance.

Please park round the back of the Royal William pub. We will meet there and then make our way to the reserve just round the corner. The reserve itself has no parking.
