iPhone App helps save Atlantic Rainforest with WLT-US

The iPhone application developer MyAppy has partnered with WLT-US with the goal of buying and protecting 14,700 acres of threatened Atlantic Rainforest in Misiones, Argentina.

MyAppy

The application NatureAppy+ is designed to help pre-school children recognise animal sounds. The app contains animal imagery created by international photographers along with the audio of the sounds these animals make and has two play options: wild and domestic.

The cost of the app is USD $1.99 and 50% of this is donated by MyAppy to WLT-US when customers give feedback on the application in the iPhone App Store.

The NatureAppy+ application is also available to UK users and the donation will go to WLT-US once feedback for the app has been left.

Find out more about the WLT-US partnership with MyAppy on the WLT-US website.
