Norfolk based artists, sisters, Kate & Hannah Breach have been observing and painting wildlife for as long as they can remember and have always had a passion for both. Apart from painting individually they have the ability to work together on a painting and produce an image that cannot be distinguished as the work of two artists.
They love depicting all natural history subjects but they especially enjoy painting hares, insects and birds. Their ultimate aim is to paint nothing but wildlife, using various media from acrylic, watercolour and pencil to gouache, oil and lino-cuts to create different effects for the same subjects. They are always interested in trying new techniques. Most of their inspiration comes from their home county of Norfolk, and on trips to Scotland.
