Just Walk - walkers raising money for conservation 

Saturday 10th May 2008
Goodwood Racecourse, near Chichester

On 10th May 2008, walkers headed for the South Downs to take part in the second Just Walk charity fundraising event. Four walkers decided to fundraise for the WLT and successfully raised over £3,700 (plus Gift Aid) for the Trust. See a full report on their fantastic achievement here.

LONDON AWARE '08 

Saturday 10th - Sunday 11th May 2008
Barbican Exhibition Hall, London

World Land Trust attended LONDON AWARE '08, the UK's first ever environmental awareness exposition, where the Trust met with existing and new supporters and showcased its Carbon Balanced programme and pioneering approach to mitigating carbon dioxide emissions through restoration ecology.
