Conservation Diploma Course

Study Conservation and Project Administration

Through an exciting collaboration between the University of East Anglia and the World Land Trust, a new diploma course in Conservation and Project Administration started in September 2005.

The new development follows the success and philosophy of the World Land Trust Internship Programme that, in the words of former intern Caroline Wymer, “breaks the ‘vicious circle’ of not being able to get a job without any experience”. This unique course will provide students with the essential mix of theoretical teaching, as well as the practical management experience of working with an international charity - a combination designed to equip the ‘conservationists of tomorrow’.

Full details on the diploma can be found on the UEA website, where you will find information on course structure, entrance requirements and how to apply.

What our previous student said:

"Through my work placement at the WLT I had he opportunity to experience some of the many activities that take place in the operation of this international conservation charity. I have learnt a great deal from my time at the WLT and thoroughly enjoyed the experience."
