Donations:

Delivery of Certificates and Gift Packs

Certificates and Gift Packs, where applicable, will be sent out within five working days. (Please note that if you have chosen to receive an electronic PDF Certificate this will be prepared for you personally and will also be sent within five working days.)

Cancellations and refunds

As a charity World Land Trust cannot cancel or refund any donation other than payments taken in error.

Orders

Delivery

WLT will endeavour to dispatch your order within 5 working days of receipt. Delivery is normally through Royal Mail.

Refund policy

Full refunds for orders (less postage and packaging costs) will be given provided the items are returned to us in resalable condition within 21 days of delivery.
